DOUG PLATA to discuss his NASA challenge submission on the subject of “Achieving Early Earth Independence Through ISRU and Sufficient Supply“. SPECAL TIME: 2. Tuesday, July 14, 2015:,2-3:30 PM PDT (5-6:30 PM EST, 4-5:30 PM CDT): We welcome DR. JACK O. BURNS to the show. Dr. Burns is the director of the Lunar University Network for Astrophysics Research (LUNAR), a $6.5 million center of excellence funded by the NASA Lunar Science Institute and he is a Professor in the Department of Astrophysical and Planetary Sciences at the University of Colorado (CU) Boulder. We will be discussing lunar exploration, including exploring the cosmos from the Moon.
