Most of the public seems quite unaware of how active the space business is. It is actually quite active and will become more so in the coming years. In 2015 there were 87 launches around the world of rockets to put satellites into orbit. (Three of those launches failed to reach orbit.) In a week long period in December, there were 6 launches.
