** Plan to attend the <\/strong>Space Tourism Conference<\/strong> \u2013 “Profiting from the Space Experience Economy”<\/a>. The STC will be held on April 28, 2020 at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Las Angeles, California.<\/p>\n

The Space Tourism Conference (STC) is an annual event<\/strong> that will be produced with support from the Space Tourism Society<\/a> (STS), the world\u2019s leading space tourism advocacy organization for over 20 years.<\/em><\/p>\n

The April 28 conference date was deliberately chosen as the anniversary of Dennis Tito\u2019s lift-off into the history books in 2001 as the world\u2019s first private space tourist. Tito\u2019s flight jump-started the space tourism industry, generating massive consumer awareness as to the possibilities of private space travel and commercialization of space through earth-based experiences.<\/em><\/p>\n
