Innovative technology partnerships keep down the cost, providing students a way to obtain hands-on experience developing flight hardware.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><em>A multidisciplinary team of students at Universidad Popular Aut\u00f3noma del Estado de Puebla (<a href=\"https:\/\/upaep.mx\/aztechsat\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">UPAEP<\/a>), in Puebla, Mexico, built the CubeSat for\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.nasa.gov\/mission_pages\/station\/research\/experiments\/explorer\/Investigation.html?#id=8055\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">AzTechSat-1<\/a>.\u00a0The investigation demonstrates communication within a satellite network in low-Earth orbit.
