The constellation provides maritime tracking services and atmospheric weather measurements using the <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Radio_occultation\">GPS radio-occultatio<\/a>n technique.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.geooptics.com\/\"> GeoOptics Inc.<\/a> satellite, which also makes atmospheric weather measurements. The spacecraft was built by <a href=\"http:\/\/www.tyvak.com\/\">Tyvak Nano-Satellite Systems<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>2 Proxima &#8220;Internet of Things&#8221; (IOT) communications satellites from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fleet.space\/\">Fleet Space Technologies<\/a> in Australia.<\/li>\n<li>IRVINE01 educational CubeSat built by high school students in the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.irvinecubesat.org\/\">Irvine CubeSat STEM Program<\/a> (ICSP) in Irvine, California.
