Improving efficiency and safety of air traffic control<\/em><\/p>\n<p>BTW, on Wednesday the Indian space agency <a href=\"http:\/\/www.isro.gov.in\/\" target=\"_d\">ISRO<\/a>\u00a0plans to launch a <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Polar_Satellite_Launch_Vehicle\" target=\"_blank\">PSLV rocket<\/a> to send 104 satellites into polar orbit.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.isro.gov.in\/pslv-c37-cartosat-2-series-satellite\/pslv-c37-cartosat-2-series-satellite-live\" target=\"_d\">PSLV-C37 \/ Cartosat -2 Series Satellite &#8211; Live &#8211; ISRO<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.isro.gov.in\/update\/13-feb-2017\/mission-readiness-review-mrr-committee-and-launch-authorisation-board-lab-have\" target=\"_d\">Mission Readiness Review (MRR) committee and Launch Authorisation Board (LAB) have cleared the 28 hr countdown of PSLV-C37 Launch &#8211; ISRO<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The payload consists of one large Indian earth observation (EO) satellite &#8211;\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.isro.gov.in\/Spacecraft\/cartosat-2-series-satellite-0\" target=\"_d\">Cartosat -2<\/a>\u00a0&#8211; and 103\u00a0smallsats, including 88 <em>Doves<\/em> for the earth observation company <a href=\"https:\/\/www.planet.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Planet<\/a>, which will expand its constellation of small and large EO satellites to over 140.
