He is responsible for program definition and funding for Caterpillar\u2019s research focus in Automation &amp; IoT Site Solutions.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><em>Dr. Pelin Gultekin-Bicer is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Civil Engineering and Construction at Bradley University, Peoria, IL.
