{"id":12702,"date":"2016-05-30T02:08:48","date_gmt":"2016-05-30T06:08:48","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/hobbyspace.com\/Blog\/?p=12702"},"modified":"2016-05-30T02:08:48","modified_gmt":"2016-05-30T06:08:48","slug":"videos-spacex-falcon-9-booster-returns-for-landing-at-sea-bigelow-module-on-iss-expand-to-full-size","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hobbyspace.com\/Blog\/?p=12702","title":{"rendered":"Videos: SpaceX Falcon 9 booster returns for landing at sea + Bigelow module on ISS expand to full size"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A couple of major milestones in NewSpace last week.<\/p>\n<p>On Friday, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.SpaceX.com\" target=\"_blank\">SpaceX<\/a> launched the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.thaicom.net\/satellites\/future\/thaicom8.aspx\" target=\"_blank\">THAICOM-8<\/a>\u00a0communications satellite with a Falcon 9 rocket. After separating from the second stage, the\u00a0first stage booster of the Falcon returned to earth for a successful landing on the platform of a special ship that maintains a fixed position autonomously. This is the third successful booster landing at\u00a0sea.
