The TVIW was founded by\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.lesjohnsonauthor.com\/\" target=\"_d\">Les Johnson<\/a>, a\u00a0Senior Technical Assistant for the Advanced Concepts Office at NASA&#8217;s Marshall Space Flight Center in Huntsville, Alabama.
