Falcon 1 ORS contract

Here is the formal announcement of the Air Force ORS Jumpstart payload for the Falcon 1: SpaceX Signs Contract With Department of Defense – Falcon 1 to Launch Operationally Responsive Space Satellite on Next Flight - SpaceX/Businesswire (via spacetoday.net). As a test of fast "call-up, integration and launch", the AF will not make its selection from several possible spacecraft until two weeks before the launch date.

There will also be two Cubesats and a Malaysian experiment on board. The following launch will be with a Malaysian satellite.
