Briefs: Bigelow interview; Orbital Outfitters; ISDC 2008
David Shiga of New Scientist discusses Robert Bigelow on his blog:
Robert Bigelow: a man with a plan - New Scientist Space Blog - Jan.14.08. I also obtained a copy of the interview in the current issue of New Scientist. It's not very long and mostly reprises how he got into the space habitat business plus his side interest in UFOs and paranormal phenomena (see the more detailed profile of him in the
Air and Space Magazine). No new details about any plans for investments in space transports.
Shiga also discussed his Bigelow interview on
a Space Show program back in November.
