I was hoping NASA would get its four Shuttle flights for 2007 but unfortunately it's not going to happen: Shuttle launch scrubbed, postponed to January - spacetoday.net. Perhaps this is another hint that Congress should not force the agency to Fly The Shuttle Forever.

Sure is a shame that NASA is wasting money on ELVs rather than putting money into in-space R&D projects such as demonstrating practical artificial gravity architectures using rotation.
