Proposed Cheetah-1 Commercial Launcher in South Africa

A reader points to this proposal for development of a small launch vehicle for South Africa: Cheetah-1 Commercial Launch Vehicle Program - Marcom Aeronautics & Space - Oct.3.07. It was presented at the recent African Leadership Conference on Space Science & Technology for Sustainable Development in Pretoria, South Africa, 2-5 October 2007.
