Robert Bigelow in Wired; Norton Sales as well

Here is a long article in Wired about Robert Bigelow and Bigelow Aerospace: Hotel Biz Zillionaire's Next Venture? Inflatable Space Pods - Wired - Oct.22.07

The same author has a short piece about Norton Sales, the aerospace salvage company in North Hollywood: Rockets R Us: Salvaging Out-of-This-World Space Junk Since 1962 - Wired - Oct.22.07

Bigelow's kinda creepy with all that costumed security. He's like a Bond villain. But what the hell, if he gets us out there, more power to whatever nefarious schemes he's got cooked up. Maybe some day he'll be bald, wearing a Mao suit, and petting a cat while looking out the window of his Moonbase / Lunar palace. All hail Bigelow. :p

Actually, chuck, someone made a similiar comment about Dean Kame http://www.npr.org/template...

"...like a Bond villain."

I'd feel cheated if billionaires weren't eccentric; all you non-eccentric billionaires out there better shape up fast! Or donate to me since I'm already eccentric anyways ^_^

Godspeed to Bigelow and his team.

What a great quote:
"They were doing aboveground nuclear tests in those days. We'd watch the mushroom clouds from the playground at recess. You'd feel the earth shake."

*green with envy*

Better than being green with cancer. I sure hope ole Bigelow isn't packing cellular time-bombs because of those tests, we need him around.
