The DC-X preformed 12 flights. I wonder what other errors are in this analysis.

He is referring just to the DC-X, which did fly just 8 times before it was transformed into the DC-XA by NASA:

As Clark correct points out, I was indeed referring to the DC-X only, not the DC-X and the DC-XA. If you count the DC-XA as well, that actually only serves to make the point stronger, as that essentially perpetuates the 4 flights per year rate out another year.

That said, I'm certainly not an economist. So if Space Sage or anyone else spots any real errors in my analysis, I'd be happy to see them. But I'm fairly confident in the raw numbers and facts, as most of those come direct from the source.
